About Us

ProQual Recognition–EU Advisors is a professional consulting company based in Athens, Greece. We offer specialized services to citizens of both, EU member states, as well as citizens of third countries seeking EU employment or career opportunities – including digital/remote employment.

«EU countries+4 also applies to the ‘ΕΕΑ’ countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway), as well as Switzerland and United Kingdom.»

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide support, reassurance, and the advice needed to ensure transition to new EU Countries is smooth, stress-free, and, more importantly, legal.

This is accomplished in a number of ways:

On your behalf, we ensure a seamless integration of your existing qualifications and the requirements of your chosen country.

The integrity (and recognition/acceptance) of your existing qualifications is essential. We make sure there is congruence between the issuing academic body and that of the destination country.

We collaborate with the relevant professional association to ensure your existing certification fits the criteria and satisfies the competent authorities’ requirements thus avoiding unnecessary delays to your on-going career in your chosen location.

We call this Professional Qualifications Recognition (PQR).

Main service categories ‘ProQual Recognition – EU Advisors’:

A main reason why our services are essential to you

Because without the relevant official PQR decision, any employer already contracted with you in the specific country is not allowed to start employing you in a specialty-regulated profession.

Below you find a summary of the overall process of our provided services.

  1. Oversee the application process
  2. Submit relevant PQR application
  3. Liaise with the official bodies-assessors
  4. Manage any resulting appeal procedure (whether total rejection or partial acceptance)
  5. Undertake ensuing legal case in the events of failed appeal

Academic advisory services

A regulatory framework applies in all EU member states for the relevant regulated profession. This framework requires a comparison between the education obtained by the applicant in the originating country and the education provided in the country, where the applicant is seeking to take up the relevant employment; either as an employee or as a self-employed person.

Should ‘substantial differences’ emerge from this comparison, the PQR applied for will be subject to the applicant’s prior satisfactory compliance with specific ‘compensatory measures’ (aptitude test or practical training).

Our services include the provision of valid academic documentation of the exact compatibility of both curricula which allows the facilitation of the overall control procedures.

Seeking for your secured way to obtain a professional qualification recognized by the industry association for your chosen career?

ProQual Recognition – EU Advisors opens the way to your dream job or promotion.

    • Governmental body of a third country, wishing to provide an easy and compact entry programme for their citizens who are aiming to relocate to an EU Country+4. These programmes should include special training services of the citizens’ professional qualification recognition equally recognized in both the country of origin and that of destination (mutual recognition agreement) as well as assistance with visa and work permit procedures.
  • European Commission
    • In cases where objections might be raised by an EU citizen, for a decision taken that creates barriers to the citizen’s professional mobility to another EU Country+4, our company providew our advisory and support the decision of the European Commission or similar executive body, with adequate documentation and relevant reports.
